Introduction:
Potassium is the third most abundant mineral found in the human body, and is essential for maintaining good health. Sufficient amounts of potassium in your diet help sustain muscles, control blood pressure, and the water balance in your cells. Banana, vegetables, pulses, nuts and seeds, milk, fish, shellfish, beef, chicken, turkey and bread are good natural sources of potassium.
