Introduction:
Iron is a essential mineral that is an integral part to many proteins and enzymes that help maintain good health. A deficiency in iron can result in fatigue, poor performance, and a decreased immunity. Good natural sources of iron can be found in most dark green leafy vegetable, liver, meat, beans, nuts, dried fruit (such as dried apricots), and whole grains. Coffee and Tea contains a substance that binds with iron, making it increasingly difficult for the body to absorb this mineral, reducing your consumption can help improve your iron levels.
